Total waste of time and I feel I paid for nothing. I brought it in, they told me it would be a two day wait. Next when they call me back to tell me their "diagnostic" they literally just read off the fault code that I already knew from going to auto zone. I had a misfiring cylinder on a gen 3 prius. What they failed to notice? The coolant was low and this particular car has a high likelihood of blown head gaskets. They did 0 testing to see what the actual cause was. What a joke of a shop.

My husband has been a loyal customer here for many years, and after bringing my car in this past year, I don’t know why I didn’t switch sooner! It is so hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this family business is the real deal. They are incredibly honest. Multiple times I've brought my car in thinking I needed a repair, and they told me it wasn't necessary. They understand how vital a car is to your routine and always work to get it back to you quickly. Outstanding, honest service every single time!

Amazing work they do here!! I called ahead for a *free* pre-inspection of my Toyo Yaris and I was in and out within the hour! Sydney at the front was kind and understanding for my first mechanic experience. I will be back!

I was visiting family in Greensboro. Needed brakes. My brother in law Barry McCreary, recommended Jeff’s. I agreed. Changed all of my brakes and rotors etc. When I drove my car, my brakes were so smooth. I thought okay give it a minute. I went home to Michigan. I actually noticed no vibrations of any kind. I tried to find someone near me to do the same quality work. Not Yet!!!! Seems like I’m coming back to Jeff’s. Excellent work Jeff’s Golden Gate Tire &Auto!! I shall return!

My tire had a slow leak. My son had taken his car to Jeff's and had a positive experience. They were able to remove a piece of plastic from the tire, & plugged it. To me they went above and beyond because they could not get the plastic piece out without taking the tire off of the rim. They've gained a loyal customer. They could have tried to sell me a new tire, but instead they repaired the problem at minimal cost. I appreciate an honest merchant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
